Program Design

Resistance training programs vary in length due to an individual’s physical abilities, experience level, muscular fitness goals, and how many days per week they plan to train. Typically programs are 12-24 weeks long with different phases of training every 2 to 5 weeks.

 

To ensure you get the most out of your training sessions, an initial evaluation/coaching session needs to be conducted. Based on that session, a resistance training program will be designed to fit your needs and specifications.

 

If after the evaluation you decide programming services are not required, the session will cost $60. This fee is waived if programming design is purchased.
